Erin is passionate about empowering individuals to make a meaningful difference in the world and maximize their charitable impact. Before joining the Generation Pledge team, Erin helped establish the Effective Altruism Psychology Lab at New York University, where she researched moral psychology and how people make choices in altruistic contexts. She brings her research experience in how to improve altruistic decision-making to her work at Generation Pledge. Erin holds a BA in psychology from the University of California Berkeley. She currently calls New York City home.
